Service pricing overview
We offer our services under a variety of billing models, tailored to the needs of each project and aligned with your preferences as well as any administrative requirements. By its nature, the primary basis for cost calculation is always the time involved.

All prices are stated excluding statutory VAT.
Unless we explicitly inform you otherwise, list prices are adjusted annually by a small percentage (2.5 percent). Naturally, this does not affect services that have already been offered or commissioned on a binding basis, nor multi-year agreements with defined hourly rates.
Project services
In the area of project services, we structure the terms entirely according to your preferences and requirements. Examples include:
- Time-and-materials billing
- Time-and-materials billing with a cap
- Time-and-materials billing based on a cost estimate with an agreed variance range
- Fixed price
- Agile fixed price (budget certainty with flexibility to adjust scope over time)
Please note that if an engagement is commissioned within the offer’s validity period, the hourly rate applicable at the time the offer was issued (which may be lower) will apply, even if the services are delivered in the following year.
Ongoing services
For ongoing services, including support, a range of billing and retainer models is available:
- Monthly invoicing on a time-and-materials basis
- Advance commissioning of a support budget (defined cap)
- Fixed-price agreements (“flat rate”) for support, application operations, and ongoing online marketing services
- Advance commissioning and pre-billing of a support retainer
Please note that for options 1 and 2, the hourly rate applicable at the time the services are performed will apply. For option 3, the annual price adjustment is applied to the fixed price unless otherwise agreed. For option 4, the hourly rate valid at the time the offer was issued (which may be lower) applies, even if the services are delivered in the following year.
Travel expenses
For activities outside Hanover, any travel expenses will be charged unless otherwise agreed. These consist of direct expenses (travel costs based on actual expenditure, ancillary costs in accordance with tax regulations) as well as the proportional time involved (travel time counted as half working time).
Alternatively, we are happy to offer flat-rate arrangements, which are significantly simpler to administer.
